MYCOFAST® RevolutioN 2 — Urogenital Mycoplasma Diagnosis
MYCOFAST® RevolutioN 2 is an all-in-1 kit for urogenital mycoplasma diagnosis combining detection, enumeration, identification and antimicrobial susceptibility testing, with a simple visual, colorimetric readout and no instrument required. Available as a direct or a screening method, so you can choose the workflow that fits your lab:
Both methods share:
- Detection and enumeration of U. urealyticum (10³, 10⁴, ≥10⁵ CCU/mL) and M. hominis (≥10⁴ CCU/mL)
- Species-specific growth media, for high specificity and fewer erroneous results
- 5 Antibiotics (levofloxacin, moxifloxacin, erythromycin, clindamycin, tetracycline) tested to CLSI guidelines, plus doxycycline added to the panel
- Ready-to-use, pre-filled wells
- No analyzer required
